Design Chief – CRL Construction
* Managing the design team for the preparation of construction drawings of Training and Research Hospital Building of King Khaled University Project. These buildings considered as the foremost building of the overall campus
* Consulting Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing Departments to ensure design norms have been followed
* Organizing coordination meeting between disciplines to optimize labor usage and preparing allocatiin plan for construction machinery
* Close relation with site team and adaptation of drawings according to site applications and taking proper approvals from consultant
* Conducting correspondence with Employer’s Representative
* Preparation of Progress Payment Reports and Claim Management
* Cash flow analysis and estimation of profit – loss forecast
* Preparation of bid documents
* Overseeing subcontractor’s work progress and ensuring related works have been done as per standards
* Reviewing architectural, electrical and mechanical drawings and coordinate all disciplines
* Preparation of work schedules, monitoring as per progress and applying revisions if needed
* Consulting Site Staff to ensure all works have been conducted as per approved drawings
* Preparation of tender related documents such as a bill of quantities, responsibility matrices, contact, technical and administrative specifications
* Accompanying the inspectors, preparation of inspection reports by considering quality, cost and safety regulations, including remedy action must be followed
