* Prior to commencing of field works, design and preparation of mobilization and controlling site preparations
* At the first stage of a project, control, and distribution of structural drawings to the site
* Preparation and control of the project budget
* Preparation of a master plan of the site and revision as per site works regularly throughout the project construction time
* Preparation of BOQ for the government contract and preparation of progress payment reports as per contract
* Preparation of detailed works schedule and monitoring revisions of the schedule.
* Preparation of subcontractor contracts and control of subcontractor Progress Payment reports.
* Preparation and distributions of site working reports
* Preparation of project reports daily, weekly and monthly.
* Preparation and archiving of site hand-over documents.
* At the beginning of RC works, control of site works
* Direct communication with an employer representative
* Coordination of technical office team.
